What to expect
Your business will set up a booth/table in either William Monroe High School's cafeteria or the outdoor space directly adjacent. If you have a large vehicle, display, or other abnormal request we can accommodate you with either indoor or outdoor placement! Please email CTE Director Jess Peregoy with any unique requests and we will be sure to help any way that we can.

Students from grades 7th - 12th will visit your booth throughout the day. A schedule will be provided to you that will let you know what age group to expect when; however, the event will be open all day to high school students.

Students will have an assignment to help guide them through the Expo, so be prepared to interact and engage with students as they move about the event. Students are drawn to bells & whistles. The more engaging and interactive your display, the better!

Our goal for students is to expose them to as many careers as we possibly can. Students can not hope to become something they do not know exists. This event will allow us to educate students on the variety of different career opportunities that exist for them once they graduate high school.

The event will be open to the public from 3:30-5:30pm. At this point, this event will become more of a typical hiring event for members of our community.
We will provide
- A Table & Location to Set Up
- A Schedule of Students Attending
- Proximity to Electrical Outlets for those Indicating the Need for Power
You Bring
- Extension Cords / Power Strips as needed
- Any other technology (computers, TV's, etc.)
- Banners & Materials to Secure Banners to Tables
- Decorations, Logos, & Any Swag/Materials to Pass Out to Students & Community Members
